Coffee for your event
Weddings, company events and parties across the Kansas City metro.
Weddings
Serve coffee at cocktail hour, the morning-after brunch or as a late-night send-off. Guests order what they like and watch it made.
- A full espresso bar set up at your venue
- A menu planned around your guest count and timeline
- Hot and iced drinks, plus non-coffee options
- Set-up and clean-up handled by us
Corporate events
Give your team or clients something better than a carafe. Fresh espresso, a friendly barista and a line that moves, whether it's a morning meeting, a product launch or a client day.
- Fast service so lines move during breaks
- Pre-paid events or per-drink billing, your choice
- One-time events or a recurring coffee day
- Invoices for your accounting team
Parties
Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, showers and backyard gatherings. If people are gathering, we can bring the coffee.
- Works for small groups and big crowds
- Backyard, hall, park or office, we adapt to the space
- Kid-friendly options like hot chocolate
- Tell us the occasion and we will plan around it
How booking works

Where do you serve?
Kansas City metro, Missouri and Kansas. Farther than that? Ask. We may charge a travel fee.
What does the cart need at the venue?
A flat spot about the size of a parking space. Tell us if the venue has no power or water, and we will plan around it.
Can you serve dairy-free guests?
Yes, however, if you order a hot drink, we use the same steam wand for all hot beverages. We do purge and wipe the steam wand between each drink as well as use alternative milk specific pitchers.
How far ahead should we book?
For weddings, as soon as you have your date. For parties and company events, a few weeks is usually fine.
