SS Coffee Co (“we”, “us”) runs a mobile coffee cart serving Kansas City metro, Missouri and Kansas. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email info@sscoffeeco.com or call (913) 601-8810.
What we collect
- When you order online: your name, email address, phone number, billing details asked for at checkout, the drinks and add-ons you chose, and any pickup or allergy notes you write.
- When you send a quote request or message: your name, email, phone, event details (type, date, number of guests, venue or city) and your message.
- Payment details: you enter your card number in secure payment fields provided by Square. We never see or store your full card number or security code. We receive a confirmation of payment, the card brand and the last four digits, and the order status.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider’s server logs record your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use this to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To make your order, take payment, send your receipt and contact you about pickup.
- To answer your questions and prepare event quotes.
- To keep accurate business, tax and accounting records.
- To protect the site and payments from fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Square processes card payments for us. Square’s use of your information is described in Square’s privacy notice.
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host and our email provider, only as needed to do that work.
- Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
Cookies and similar technology
We use only the cookies the store needs to work. They keep your cart and checkout going and are not used to track you across other sites:

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and fonts are served from this website rather than from a third party. Our Facebook and Instagram links take you to those services, which have their own privacy practices.
Do Not Track
We do not track you across other websites, so we do not change how this site works when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes. We keep messages and quote requests as long as needed to respond and keep our business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@sscoffeeco.com and we will respond as the law requires. We may need to keep some records, such as completed orders, for legal and tax reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and we will honor those that apply.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and rely on Square’s secure payment fields for card data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
