These terms cover orders and event bookings with SS Coffee Co (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or sending a request through this website you agree to them. See also our Privacy Policy.
Ordering and pickup
- Online orders are for pickup at our cart. We do not deliver or ship.
- Tell us where and when you will pick up in the order notes. If we cannot serve your order at that stop or time, we will contact you using the email or phone number you gave.
- Please check your drinks and add-ons before you pay. Orders are prepared as entered.
Prices, tax and payment
- Prices are in US dollars. Add-ons such as flavors, honey, extra shots and alternative milks are charged in addition to the drink price. Sales tax is added where required.
- Card payments are processed securely by Square when you place your order. We never see or store your full card number.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
- If something is wrong with your drink, tell us at the cart or contact us the same day and we will remake it or refund it.
- To change or cancel an online order, contact us as soon as possible, before the drinks are made. Drinks that have already been made cannot be refunded.
- If we have to cancel an order, we will refund you in full to your original payment method.
Allergies and dietary needs
Our drinks are made at a mobile cart where milk, soy, nuts and other allergens are present. For hot drinks we use the same steam wand for all hot beverages. We purge and wipe it between each drink and use alternative-milk-specific pitchers, but we cannot guarantee that any drink is free of an allergen. Please put allergy notes in your order or tell us at the cart.
Event bookings
A quote request is not a booking. An event is confirmed once we agree the details with you in writing. Deposit, cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in that quote or agreement.
Using this website
Content on this website belongs to SS Coffee Co or its licensors. Please do not copy it for commercial use, interfere with how the site works, or place orders you do not intend to pay for.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.
